Constant headache....allergies or?

my last bp reading was 130 /80...a few months ago...should i have it re-checked ?

Your BP is a bit high, so you need to keep track of it and consult a doctor. Your headache could also be caused by sinus infection or stress. You may also want to get your vision checked, because even mild perception problems can cause eyestrain with headaches (I'm mildly far-sighted contained by one eye and mildly near-sighted in the other, which was missed for 40 years).
