Can electric shock treatments be well-mannered for you?

when it's storming outside, I take a steel antenna outside and try to "catch" a lightning.

I have not been successful but, but could such therapy condition my body to withstand electricity?

Also if I'm depressed will it act like electo-convulsive psychiatric therapy?

Is it safe? If I can "catch" a lightning one of these days!
