Chewable birth control. did i mess up?

i started taking chewable birth control pills. when i take it i'll usually just chew it up with my support teeth. well, last night i wasn't thinking and brushed my teeth inwardly 5 minutes after chewing it. do you think it's okay even though i may have brushed then spit out pieces that be still maybe between my teeth?

Ummm...yeah...you did. I don't know what brand you're taking but there's 50 kinds of birth control and all of them are oral + swallow beside water...so...yeah...
You are fine. It's not a good idea to do that adjectives of the time, just in case nearby are chunks you can't feel that haven't dissolved, but this isn't a problem and you can stop worrying.
