depends on the severity of your condition. you hold bipolarism?
Different medications enjoy different side effects when you do not take them. Normally, on night off a medication is not as bleak, as long as you take it the next day. However, if you verbs to not take the medication it can have long term effects. Check the treatise the medication came with or go to WebMD and look it up to see what exactly will occur.

I have been on Celexa for awhile and I stopped taking it for a week. I began have dizzy spells and became disoriented. I would have moments where I would try to gain up and just fall over. Come to find out it was one of the side effects of stopping the medication cold turkey. Never ever do that. Always see you doctor back stopping the medication.
I don't know give or take a few your medication specifically, but in general: Your medication dosage is designed to continually work in your body. If you don't pinch a dose, or more than one dose of your medication, then your body has a break and a chance to build up a tolerance. Your body easily builds cells to destroy everything that is foreign to it including your medication and skipping a dose make this happen much quicker. If you let your tolerance build up, your medication will not work as well for you and you will hold to take higher doses or if you let it surface enough you will be forced to take a different medication because the one you are currently taking will be completely ineffective.
You'll have trouble sleeping.
You may experience a revise in your mental status, but it's not likely if you skip only one dose.
well it could harm you if you really needed it but some medication is actually really fruitless for like: paracetamol it actually destroys your liver, and i mean i used to hold paracetomal quite a bit but i hate it now! so you obligation some medication but not too much. so theres my answer! always take medication if it is prescipted!
