Can someone confirm if using electrodes for muscle stimulation can mess up cell or hand over muscle desecrate?
My girlfriend uses electrodes for treatment of cellulite , but a blood test shows a value of 929 for CREATINCINASA (CK) related to muscle sabotage apparently , and the normal is about 100. Can this be a result of using the electrodes stimulator or what is the problem .In fact should she stop using the electrodes .Any guidance about this confusing blood test result woulf be helpful and I don`t know stop her worrying ?

First of all let me start out by saying that in that is not "magic pill", or quick and easy solution for getting rid of cellulite!(sorry).
I myself tried the electrode treatment useless, except for burning money and wasting time. Who know, maybe it works for some people, but didn't work for me.
There are a number of reason we all have cellulite, some can be influenced and remedied, but others cannot - like inheritance and heredity for instance.
the good news is that plenty of other factor causing cellulite CAN be addressed (I know, I did IT!), and these are namely not drinking enouh water,
poor diet (alcohol, processed foods, lots of caffeine and other toxins), smoking, diet pills, sleeping pills, diuretics, crash diets, and the most importantly -
sedentary lifestyle! so getting rid of adjectives these bad habits, and getting started with a solid aerobic excercise regimen will put you on your road to cellulite-free future :)
Also I've found that combination of resveratrol(overall very healthy and energizing product) and Body Solutions Cellulite System also help me get rid of cellulite,
so i wholeheartedly recommend it. (Some people told me it's a placebo, could be, but I dont agree!)
This is the product I used:

But remember, this is NO magic bullet, and wont do much lacking a disciplined daily excercise regimen, and without adopting hearty habits which are the foundation of weight-loss and cellulite removal (no matter what others tell you)
Good luck, it's easier said than done work, but it's worth it! Source(s): personal experience, hard work and sweat!
I cannot see how surface electrodes can damage muscle to that extent without allowing terrifyingly high and very painful currents to flow. That said, within is no evidence that muscle stimulation does any good for cellulite anyway, so there are plenty of reasons for abandon the machine. Source(s): Retired anaesthetist
