Are Tylenol PM and Benadryl indistinguishable article? except different sticky label name?

Benadryl contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine HCI (25 mg)

Tylenol also contains Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine HCI (25 mg)

Aren't they basically the same thing?

benadryl is an allergy prescription and antihistamine, and tylenol pm is mainly a pain reliever and sleep aid. they both though help you sleep better. Source(s): I used to pinch them when I had problems sleeping.
