7 500 IU Vitamin A. In a multi I'm taking, is that too much?
Is 7, 500 IU of vitamin A a lot?
I heard a diet to rich in Vitamin A make your hair fall out. :|
I deffinitly dont want that to happen.. is 7 500 IU profoundly?

Around 5000 IU is the recommended daily allowance, but I doubt 7,500 a morning would hurt you. You definitely don't want to take too much though. THis amount is probably ok unless you are also consuming a decent amount of vit A within your diet--then it might be too much.
Some vitamins are water soluble (Vitamin C for example) and as long as you have healthy kidneys, any excess will a moment ago be urinated out. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin though, and these are more likely to cause toxicity if you grasp too much.
Also, don't put too much stock into special vitamin supplements that claim to specialize in something (like good hair or skin). Your body patently needs these vitamins--and if lacking in them, you can indeed suffer from discouraging skin and hair issues, but assuming you get enough, after taking extra won't improve anything.
I would suggest just finding an overall multivitamin that covers all your day by day needs (unless your daily glow provides a suitable variety).
