Why do I want to be a doctor?
I've been trying do decide what career to pursue. I've finally made a choice, but for some function I can't get the whole medical thing out of my person in charge.
Just when I think I've convinced myself out of becoming a doctor, something happens that makes me want to pursue it again. Just the other light of day, I went to the hospital and it felt "right". (I've always have a strange fascination with hospitals, and airports)
But when I think just about it logically, I convince myself not to pursue it. But I have this strange feeling that I should become a doctor (or atleast try). What makes me want to be a doctor?

I think I love the order of hospitals and airports, yet they're still anarchic enough for it to be stimulating.
If this doesn't sound too weird, I in actual fact love going to the hospital just to see how the whole 'system' works, and likewise near airports.
Do you care for and want to lend a hand people and want to better their lives?If you do it could be a very rewarding job and you should pursue it and not convince yourself out of it but if you want to do it to draw from prestige,big ego,feel worthy,get a reputation,feel better almost yourself,powerhunger and have no genuine interest in inhabitants etc then it would be better if you convince yourself out of it and find a better way to make yourself be aware of worthy/noticed

the stuff you keep watch on and the media you are exposed and even places you go to plays alot into what you want to be, whether you realize it or not
If you can't answer that question yourself, don't worry about it. It's one of the first things they ask surrounded by a med school interview, and if you respond with "I really don't know", then you're probably not getting within.
