Blood Types?

Hey, I'm from Georgia (not USA) and here thing are a bit differente I guess. Well Doctors told me that I have 2nd positive blood type and my mom has 4th distrustful. I can't convert that in letters u know soomething like o positive..... If u take in what I'm asking plz help. and if u know how to convert blood types?? THX

I guess I would kind of assume that
A=1
B=2
AB=3 and
O=4.
So you would be B+ and your mom is 0-.
But I don't really know
