Why is it possible to overdose on vitamin A, but not on Vitamin C?
Answers:
ok, i'm not sure about this, but...i chew over A is fat soluble, it stays in the body longer. C is water soluble, the extra get flushed out quickly.
because vitamin A is lipid soluble, in other words it dissolves into your fat and stays at hand for a long time. Vitamin C is Water soluble so it just dissolves in your blood and gets excreted through urine, and doesn't stay contained by your system for very long so it's a lot harder to overdose on.
FAIL - you can OD on vitamin A. You can OD on water.
You can overdose on vitamin C too. Too much of everything causes wound or damage to certain extent.
