Is it a broken blood vessel(s)?

Okay so I have bulimia and purged today (first time in FIVE whole days) and very well i use purging as a "coping mechanism" so i was also crying and stressed and disappointed that i broke my non purging streak blah blah blah...anyways after i purged i got all these tiny red dots on my obverse. Mainly on my left side around my eye and on my cheek. Are they popped blood vessels? They don't hurt and you can't feel them. Will they be in motion away if I fully stop this purging sh!t?

Yes it goes away...it's just from all the exertion you put out when you threw up. I know, I've have it happen before more than once. Good luck to you.
