Can you convert joey's body mass to kg and divide the number of ml/dose?

the maintenance dose of aminophylline is 5mg/kg per day IV q12hr administered via a small volume administration system. available is aminophylline 50mg/50ml of D5W. tiny joey weigh 4lb 13 oz

can you please help me with the problem and show me how to set it up to get the answer? thank you so much!
