How can you digit this out so you can instruct her accurately?

while in the hospital, mrs. sanchez recieved mylanta (aluminum hydroxide; magnesium hydroxide; simethicone) 30ml PO p.r.n. for relief of heartburn. she has told you that she take 3 teaspoons (tsp) of mylanta at home for relief, and she wants to know if she is taking enough

can you please lend a hand me with setting up this problem? thanks!
Answers:
30 mls orally as required.
Takinh 3 teaspoons - 1 teaspoon = 5mls - so she have been taking 3x5=15 mls, not the 30 prescribed.

Good luck.
