Can meloxicam effect a false positive urinalysis?

I'm taking different types of medications , like meloxicam ,loratadine,advil, and mobic.
Answers:
Meloxican is the generic name for Mobic, so they're both impossible to tell apart thing. Advil , along with Mobic, are both NSAID's, Loratidine is an antihistamine. None of those would cause a false positive.
