I was surprised with a hair follicle exam today and 2 weeks ago I took a couple of puffs of marijuana. I know it was stupid but Its been 5 yrs since I last used.

... yeah, you're probably going to fail that test... the one and only way to get rid of this evidence is to cut the hair sour, and it's so recent I'd be surprised if you'd be clean after shaving your head bald. You can single hope that the dose was so small that the test will be inconclusive (perhaps low enough that it could hold come from another source). If that's the case you may be able to claim prolonged environmental exposure (several hours) at a party or something, but I doubt you'll attain away with that. The earlier use (5 years ago) is long gone from your hair account.
