Adderall Test Positive?

Lets say I help yourself to adderall on a saturday, and have to get a physical on Wednesday. I will get the regular physical urine question paper. Does this test check for amphetamines? And if it does, would I need to be worried?

First of all, if i.e. not your medication, you shouldn't be taking it. The bottle had an FDA warning right on the side!
Second of all, it depends on if you took Adderall XR, or basically plain Adderall, and if you just took the one dose, or if you had been taking if for several days. If you only took the one dose, I am sure that you will be fine.
My warning to you is- you won't have to be worrying again if you just hold your own medication for which the doctor prescribed!
I would hate to see you not be able to get a living for which you are qualified for, especially in the state of this economy just because you needed something "extra" to draw from you through the day. I have seen countless patients in recent times like you through the years.
