Will I go beyond this drug trial?

I smoked weed for about a year, but only recently (past 3 months) started smoking every year. Sometimes even multiple times a day. I have a drug test surrounded by as soon as 22 days, and as late as 25 days. I am 5'9 and only weight 120lbs. I own an extremely high metabolism. Will i pass if i take this examination, and if not what should i do to help my chances. Thanks!.....Oh and by the opening, the drug test will be urine and I am planning on working at a hospital.
