What are the biological differences of East Asians White and Black empire?

Do you have any source?
Answers:
Certainly there are no real anatomical differences except skin color. The only thing that varies significantly are the allelic frequencies of some mutant genes. People of African descent hold ancestors which dealt with malaria and so have developed some slight genetic variation that increase the prevalence of sickle cell anemia. The disease is not as prevalent in other elasticities. White people of European descent have a greater frequency of the genetic disease Cystic fibrosis because of theorize protective effects towards cholera and typhoid et al. East asians... I don't know much about. Though I do know that the AB blood type is more common in asian communities than contained by other groups. I also know that lactose intolerance has an incredibly high prevalence in East Asians (mostly due to not taking surrounded by much dairy in that culture... everyone is lactose tolerant at birth, but if you don't keep taking in dairy you will lose it).

I don't know roughly the prevalence in Asians vs the rest of the world, but there seems to be a pretty unbiased number that lack a form of aldehyde dehydrogenase that allows the breakdown of alcohol... which is why some get pink faces when they drink.
