Paracetamol Pills Abuse?

I'm doing a research on Paracetamol and "Happy Pills" (Antidepressants) I want to know how this kind of pills affect the human body (in different ages like teens and adults) what kind of after-effects they hold if the person had taken a big dose (how much will that be) i also heard that the ssize of the folks body does count too,i would want to have all the information possible,please :)
