What is the medical condition where on earth someone perceives multiple symptoms from one goings-on or sensation? e.g.....?

For example feeling red as round on a part of your body,
or tasting a sweet self as sweet,
or seeing a mint taste as tall.
I read it in the NWEAs and be wondering if it was an actual condition, and what the name of it is if that is a condition.
It said it be some rare condition of senses...it gave some fancy name but I forgot.
What is it call?
