Vitamin E? What is it?

ok so everyone says that vitamin e helps your hair and nail grow. i believe them but os vitamin e like a pill? or what? well if ya could help me gratitude!

Vitamin E helps dissolve blood clots.This vitamin will raise blood pressure and they claim over time will lower blood pressure.
