You will hear conversation, which you may not want to hear, among the people within the OR. If your anaesthesiologist realizes you are awake, he/she will put you back to sleep. My friend said she felt the strain too.
There is no such thing as a nerve bladder transplant. Sometimes they will remove the gall bladder if you have gallstones. But they won't put another one back surrounded by. And if you wake up during surgery, you will say "ouch."

really, what happens is anesthesia is a multimodal regimen and one of the agents is associated beside amnesia,unconsciousness (5 levels).. That agent got behind, disconnected or some other snafu.
Anesthesia provider will see rise within heart rate, blood pressure and sweating on your brow. Obviously during a heart transplant or any heart surgery, the heart is out and the transplanted heart will not respond (denervated)..While on pump, your body is cooled and your brain is hypothermic, probably unconscious on that basis alone. So masses of the agents have retrograde amnesia, it is unlikely you would remember.
