If Dr. prescribed Testosterone inj. for curiously low tstrne level, is it treacherous for me to bring them?

I take one ever 30 days and they HURT! That's, ok because I feel great for a couple weeks. I used to think It be my diabetes, but I believe this is it. However, I missed this month & I am lathargic-tired. Are these having an effect on me long-term?
