Darn right it is. It's addictive and death-defying if not taken properly. It is a strong sedative and also can be use to prevent seizures. It have to be signed for in all hospitals & in other medical services.It was commonly taken in the 70 s to treat anxiety, but there be many overdoses from it & serious problems trying to get people sour of it.
