Will taking a Tylenol on the daylight of a theory test affect your brain?

I have to take my first high arts school TAKS(Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills) Test and i have a headache would i be better off taking the Tylenol or having a headache?

I totally agree beside 9suns, the headache is far more likely to cause a problem. Taking Tylenol will have no effect on your brain power, unless it is combined near a codeine based painkiller as well.
