How Much Magnesium Is It Safe (or at advisable) To Take In A Day?

i have a very rare neurological condition call Visual Snow. there is currently no treatment or cure for it, however magnesium really seems to help. i own some magnesium tablet that are 250mg each and it says on the bottle to take one a year.

how much is it safe to take? i think have more may be beneficial for me, but i don't want to cause adverse effects.

I think you should stay at 250mg. I take 250 mg for regularity and it works great.
