i took 4 vicodins 500mg Acetaminophen per pill
so i took a total of 2000mg of Acetaminophen, when will the vicodin leave my system, and is this ok two days before getting anesthesia? (the paper with the sole purpose says to not take anti-inflammatories or aspirin)

You'll be fine, also the liver (you only hold one, not two) heals itself. Obviously years of abuse can't be healed. The best worry is whether or not you took a toxic dose, not whether your liver is damaged. You didn't take a toxic dose, but you shouldn't ever give somebody a lift this much acetaminophen because it isn't good for your liver.
There are methods of extracting the narcotic out of APAP medicines by taking advantage of their big water solubility (relative to APAP). acetaminopen is not aspirin or anti-inflammatories. the keep a tight rein on is about 4000mg per day for adult. Of course everyone have different limits. if this is all you took for 1 day afterwards I do not think there should be any problem.
aspirin and anti-inflammatories can thin you blood and for this reason it is recommended not to take any before surgery.
