Who is a interviewee for lasik surgery?
How do you know if your a candidate for the lasik vision surgery?
Answers:
I had Lasik eye surgery done after wearing goggles for 16 years. It has been perfect for me. I enjoy had no changes. Of course, as I age, I expect changes. I also co-manage refractive surgery and own seen hundreds of successful patients. It doesn't hurt, generally. There is a bit of pressure, but no real torment if you have LASIK. The PRK version (where no flap is cut) is a little more humiliated for the first few days following the procedure. I've seen several people who said they were contained by some pain, but healed just fine. I used to wear both goggles and contact lenses. I had LASIK done and it's the best decision I've ever made. I can see clearly, no squinting, no driving with specs anymore. I can read road signs, see the individual leaves in the trees (they're not just a blurry mess anymore). It's also nice to be able to see what time it is when I stir up. The procedure is painless (although a bit uncomfortable) but takes less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

you have to go for the free consultation at a lasik center. you steal out your contacts, they dilate yor pupils and take vision tests, etc....they achieve other eye exams to check for stigmatisms....i got it done 1.5 years ago and it was great. i now hold 20/10 vision, which they told me only happens contained by 2 out of 1000 surgeries. but most people have 20/20 or 20/30 after lasik.
The ophthalmologist will be the best judge but mostly speaking, the best candidates tend to be the myopes.
