Does taking cod liver grease tablets abet you concentrate better?

i heard that taking it once a day makes better concentration and as a result better exam results.... any truth in that?

yes it has been proved to help kids concentrate, its worth a try but u hold to take it for at least a month to find out. it will also help save yr joints supple
Any improvement in oral exam scores was probably due to the kids being smaller quantity constipated. IMHO
I'm sure the Omega 3 in them is reputed to enhance brain function.
They say that fish is 'brain food' so maybe the grease from fish liver does the same thing but i think it only just helps lubricate your joints.
