Is Vicks a honest prescription if you hold a really unpromising cough?

Actually yes, it is a righteous medicine but it will be better if you go to a pharmacy because it will help you alot when i have a cough and used it it worked perfectly the best directions is to rub it in your neck
I don't think Vicks used in the traditional way will really do much to soothe a fruitless cough, but I have heard that it can help you sleep if you can't stop coughing. My mother tried this and swears by it: Get an antediluvian pair of socks (some you don't mind ruining) and just before you crawl into bed for the hours of darkness, smear Vicks all over the bottoms of you feet. Put the socks on and rest easy. I haven't tried it myself but I own heard of a few other people that tried it and it worked for them!
Vicks also has a cough syrup, I used it in the order of a year ago. It worked really well to suppress my cough, but if I remember right it made me really really drowsy.

Well It is really just used for helping with opening up your airway. If you enjoy a productive cough, you should take something with guaifenesin. But if it is non productive then you should use something near dextromethorphan.
It help stop coughing a little but it is really for congestion or for a stuffy nose. It makes breathing plentifully easier
