im 15 and need to go on the pill due to the pain i obtain with my periods. im worries

No it doesnt damage you organs if it did they would not have them on the open market.

The pill will certainly help with your time of year pains and lighten the flow also. When you go on the pill ask your doctor/health clinic nurse etc all your question thats what they are there for.

But honestly you have no worries its safe.
Contraceptive hormones increase the risk of blood clots, Migraines within some, and possibly breast or uterine cancer if used a long time.
Be very careful if you have migraine headache already. I have personally seen 7 women lower than 30 with strokes, all during a migraine, and all on the pill. This be at Walter Reed, and we never got common stuff there. The literature is not settled. but some good studies indicate an increased risk.
