Urea is a nitrogenous waste . Dirty or impure blood is filtered by kidneys to remove unwanted substances present surrounded by it. cleaned blood is carried away from the kidneys by renal vein (kidney vein)and impure blood or urine is passed into urinary bladder through ureters (tubes carry urine from kidneys to bladder).and Urine is passed out through urethra.

Urea is a product of protein metabolism. It is exctreted via the kidneys.
You know what, I am going to be late honest, I have no clue. I did however see it on a commercial against smoking, they said Urea was in cigarettes, and that it come from urine. Never thought about it too much again, till i saw Urea in the ingredients of a foot softening lotion...I bet that doesn't help, but i would be interested to see what answers you gain as well.

Urea is synthesized only in liver as excretory product of protein(amino acid) catabolism. The ammonia and CO2 carried to liver, where they enter surrounded by urea cycle and release urea which is later carried to kidney for excretion.
