hey i was wondering (well for my bio paper) how do ppl find matches for heart (or lung) transplants? does this mean by coincedince that some ppl are born next to the exact same heart?

It's not just blood types, but in that are tissue types (called HLA types) That are used to type organs for transplant. And there will never be a 100% exact match - not unless the organ is from your identical twin. That is why transplant recipient need to be on immunosuppressant drugs for the rest of their lives.
When someone needs a transplant, they are put on the transplant list and hold their tissue typing performed. When a donor comes up, they are tissue typed and the organ will be given to someone towards the top of the list - this will be decided by how much of a contest they are with the donor, how long the person has be waiting and their clinical need.
