Human biology overnight case study?

in my high school human biology class, we hold to do a case study. in my case study, Mr. Glass be admitted with after fainting near inability to move his left arm and was speaking with a speech inpediment. his house history and medical history shows the that he has high blood pressure and is 50 lbs. overwieght at the age of 56. tests done at the hospital show he have high blood cholesterol and elevated triglycerides. a cerebral angiogram show a blocked artery on the right side of the brain.

with the knowlege that i enjoy, my best guess would be a stroke. but if anyone else has any others ideas of what it could be, i would really appreciate the help. even a place to do some more research would be grerat!
Answers:
Stroke would be the best guess. I would start researching the nouns of thrombosis. It is a blockage in the blood vessels leading to a decrease ability for oxygen to reach the brain. It would be a good place to start. The own flesh and blood history aspect places your patient in a high risk category and the intellectual angiogram I feel confirms it.
