Concern over post operative dental bleeding?

On the 26th of February I had my upper right wisdom tooth removed and its dentigerous cyst.

This wisdom tooth be fully impacted and high up in the gum.

I had a small extra experience tooth, also on the top right (I had 5 in total), removed last December and I have some bleeding or blood stained saliva for about 2 weeks afterwards.

However, getting back to the larger tooth removed last week, I have stitches after the operation but since I have been coughing up small globules of blood which I think could be cause by the nasal intubation I received during the general anaesthesia. Is this usual ?

Also this morning I started to have some fresh bleeding from my gum so I used some warm brackish water and antiseptic mouthwash. It is normal, even with stitches contained by place, to still get bleeding from around the edges of the wound if it gets disturbed in any course - what is the usual timescale for healing ?
Answers:
Need to keep the area verbs, free from food particles. Also do not put pressure on the area while eating. This should relieve in healing. Take the antibiotic tablets as prescribed. The wound should have covered by immediately. Anyway give it a few more days. You (or your parents) should call the surgeon who will glad to check you out.
