Is this an allergic impulse to an Antihistamine?
i took one pill as I have been sneezing alot(allergies) i took one about 2 hrs ago,and in a minute i feel a bit light headed. this have happened multiple times before when I have taken 1. is this a criticism? the effect also lingers the next day(took it in PM,and again,have happened when I have taken one previously,always lingers)

Just a guess, but did you thieve Benedryl (aka Diphenhydramine)? It is an antihistamine, but it is also used as a sleeping pill, so getting light headed is what you'd expect.
Yes this is most probable a reaction from the pill your taking. It doesn't sound like an allergy to the medication, but the pill may be effecting your blood pressure cause the light headed feeling you mentioned. The best entry to do is talk to your doctor about the issue, even if it's an over the counter med. Your doctor will most likely suggest another medication that may work better for you.
