Do you run Prozac? What side effects are you have?

it made me very depressed and think that time was not worth even getting up for in the morning. i took it for about a month respectively time with a 6 month space in between because i wanted to sort sure the meds were making me feel ways i have never feel before.i was never depressed before within my life so each time i threw them away because when i tried them the second time i knew for sure that be the reason i felt that way. i be given them for anxiety because my doc. does not believe in xanax which is what i asked for because they are fast acting and you can take one individual when you need it instead of a med you have to take everyday only just be careful not everyone has the same side effects but if you start to have a feeling hopeless,worthless or just worse please stop taking the provac just be very aware of your body and mind.
I have a few side effects. Loss of appetite...I just stopped feeling similar to eating when I started taking Prozac. Also, I get really tired during the day...so I enjoy to make sure I have a cup of coffee when I take Prozac (which solitary helps a little btw). And lastly, it's affected my sex drive. I don't really ever be aware of a strong desire to have sex or masturbate. When I do have sex, it's hard for me to orgasm. I enjoy to REALLY concentrate and stay focused. Ever since I took Prozac, it's been a little hard on my girlfriend because she think it's because I'm not as attracted to her...which is completely untrue.
Btw, to help you where I am, I'm taking 40mg a day. But I've feel these side effects even before when I was on 20mg a day (just to contribute you an idea of the dosage) Source(s): Personal experience
