What do you assume that could be?

I painful spot right in my armpit. It is about the size of a penny, and i can snatch deeper than it is and it doesn't hurt. It not discolorated. I kid of feels like a lump :(. What do you guys think to be precise.

your armpit is a big site of lymph nodes. if its a big spot its probably an enlarged lymph node. i definitely suggest going to see a doctor asap.
