Digitalis? Really? Wow. That is a potent heart medicine. I suggest you stop the herbal stuff NOW and see a real doctor. Passing out is serious business. Want to wake up unmoving next time?
Everything look a little yellow or green to you? Rings around lights? Queasy?
Look up Dig toxicity. Here's a rag article. Don't like the paper, but at least the article seem OK.
And don't be embarassed to tell the truth. Best in the long run. The worst you can get is a speech about treating yourself.

I don't understand why people close to to take herbal medications instead of seeing a doctor. Maybe it's more convenient or perceived as safer, since it's "natural," but they can be reasonably powerful and dangerous. Most of our anti-cancer drugs came originally from plants.
The herbal meds are causing you problems and I suggest you discontinue them and see your doctor. I don't really know anything around Colt's foot, but are you really taking digitalis? That's a pretty strong heart medication, even if it's being sold as an "herb," and it could easily be responsible for the light-headedness and ratification out that you described. Also when you pass out you can hit your head and cause bleeding into your brain, potentially extraordinarily serious, so that's another good reason to see your doctor.
The gassiness could be due to a lot of things, resembling your diet, or lots of diseases. You should really go see your doctor as he/she is the person who can help you best. Source(s): med student
