Medicine: assistance me find a devout pill w/o progesterone?
Hi
I would like to go on a pill which is stronger than "Estelle" which I am on now, and my gynocologist agrees near me. It is not controlling period pain. I also have pretty doomed to failure acne and Im 19 and really sick of it. I've been put on progesterone only (100mg) and the mini-pill: oestrogen + progesterone (i think it be Levlen). I got depression from the progesterone so I refuse to have it ever again.
If anyone is a doctor/nurse/gyno or even if you simply have good experience with a pill, what is it call, what strength and most of all I am looking for one that:
1- does not contain progesterone
2- is really good at fighting acne
3- is stronger than Estelle which I am on in a minute

If your gyno agrees with you, you should be talking with him/her. I know in that are estrogen only pills, but they are the ones that seem to have an increased risk of breast cancer. Seriously though-keep chitchat with your doctor, you know his/her credentials. On here, anyone can say they have 30 years of medical experience and they hold never done anything remotely similar to handling your situation.
