Can someone explain my mother's tumor condition to me?
Mom has a kidney tumor, and in one report it says it is malignant. In another report it say it is metastatic. What is the difference? My aunt says that malignant means it is already cancer, and metastatic means that it is possibly cancer. Does anyone know if nearby is a difference between these two terms?
