For doctors nurses / e.t.c , please serve !?

i am 14 years old and every once in a while i get this really unlikeable pain in the centre of my stomach , nearer to the right side. close to in between my two rib cages , its extremley painfull, it normally starts on a morning next i have it all dayy + cant sleep at night because of it , after its gone by morning then reoccours a couple of months/ weeks later , it eases the throbbing alot , when i go in a warm tub , it goes away.
my mum just says its indegestion.
Ive tryed to sort myself sick , and when i do so i can feel this thing sort of lifting from my stomach when im reaching to vommit.
any ideras what this could be , or any ideas what could serve because im seriously in agony here.

why dont u tell ur parents to take u to the doctors...no ones gonna be able to diagnose u here
