What is resveratol and how does it affect the brain etc... to maintain someone "young"?
Answers:
G= I have be reading research by reliable scientists on this substance for some time. It looks very promising.
It's artifice.
If you don't think that's a scientific enough answer (and I don't) afterwards you'll simply have to be patient. It will be years before there's mediocre data to say anything with any plausible degree of certainty. Having the general press publish crap similar to this is a chronic problem, and if they knew anything about science, they wouldn't.
Resveratrol is thought to activate the gene that could slow down the aging process by mimicking the positive effects of a calorie restricted diet. Studies in mice and fish confirm a longer and more active duration, and there is some initial indication it works in humans, however it has not on the other hand been conclusively proven to do so.
