Why citizens dies when we are competent to transplant almost everything?
modern medical sciences are so advance that every failure parts of human being can be replaced by artificially created instruments or by the donated one. cloning is also a step ahead to serve mankind surrounded by various ways. there are lots of life good ICU machines , pace makers etc to save patients. But we could not competent to protect anyone from mortality. How can u define this if u not believe in any supreme power at all ?
