You are talking nonsense. We HAVE cured certain diseases and rid them from the world entirely, such as smallpox, and most of polio, both through thorough inoculation programs.
More to the point, disease is not a switch you can turn on or off. There is no magical potion locked up in a safe. Do you enjoy any evidence to support your theory, or is it based entirely on paranoid distrust of authority?

What an insightful question!! There are a huge number of studies that show vitamin D will prevent almost every killer disease including cancer, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and copious others. (OK, nothing will prevent these things 100% but vitamin D is known to cut the incidence more than half according to studies published surrounded by prestigious medical journals.)
The government (FDA), the AMA, and the big pharmaceutical companies generally suppress and discredit the protective and beneficial value of vitamin D and in doing so, keep a strong supply of sick society, enough so that 2 million Americans die of chronic degenerative illness each year.
It is somewhat easy to prove that an appropriate regimen of vitamin D combined with a healthy diet, appropriate excercise, body mass index below 25, stress reduction, omega 3 fats, antioxidants, good night's sleep in need pills, etc, will prevent a huge majority of those illnesses and even cure an unknown amount.
Is this an indication of a carefully planned conspiracy like you suggest? Is it utter incompetence? Does greed play a role? Or is it an unfortunate coincidence that lies at the root of this problem? I can't utter but keeping intentionally people sick to regulate population growth is at least in the sovereignty of possibility.
