How oodles Hydroco/apap 500mg should I clutch?

Depends on your weight. No more than 1 every 1-2 hours even though your bottle probably say 1 every 3-4.
Read the directions on the bottle...most of the time it says 1 to 2 pills every 4-6 hours, but like a previous answerer said, you should NOT whip any more than 8 pills over a 24 hour period. If you're taking anything else with tylenol in it, you want to cut that number down even more. APAP is tylenol, and your body cannot metabolize more than 4g (4000mg) per day without doing significant damage to your liver. If you are not getting affliction relief with 8 pills a day, consequently call your doctor to see if he or she can prescribe you something different as the vicodin isn't cutting it.
