these are 5ug/ml,2.5ug/ml.1.25/ug/ml uptill the drug conc is 0.001ug/ml kindly help me out i cant figured it out although i hold made 10ug/ml and 20ugm/ml n so on concs

If you need 5 ug/ml, you need to dilute your orig soln by 20 fold. So, take 50 ul of the stock 20 mg/ml and dilute that to 1.0 ml (add 950ul). To variety the 2.5 ug/ml, just dilute that newly made soln (5 ug/ml) 1:1 (so take close to 0.5 mls and add 0.5 mls water). Continue for all dilutions you need. Of course, you can adjust the volumes to doesn`t matter what you need. For example instead of 50 ul of 20mg/200ml solution, you can take 500 ul and dilute that to 10mls instead of 1 ml, etc.
Need to have the final dilution factor eg 1/10, final concentration and volume, also initial concentration and volume.
