What is it approaching to die of thirst?
Has anyone ever been near death from thirst and lived to say-so what it was like?

Most people who experience dehydration (which lead to death) become very weak and confused. They become bedridden (or fall on the desert sand) and can even hallucinate. I can tell you from experience that this is not something I would yearning on anyone, although it is not really painful, the side effects are horrible, you become lethargic, off match, and very tired. you can become a danger to yourself as well as others. years ago I be very ill, and became amazingly dehydrated to the point that I had lost about 60 pounds within a matter of a couple weeks, and no matter what i took in for fluids it lately ran out of me, I had seen numerous doctors and not a soul could tell me what was wrong with me, so I go about my daily duties, not realizing the effect this be having on me, and I was so disoriented and tired that I drove my minivan through a red light and come to a complete stop in the middle of the busy intersection, I could have gotten myself killed, but what is worse is that i could own gotten my son and daughter killed as well. by the time I found a doctor that diagnosed me I was contained by really bad shape, admitted to the hospital, hooked up to IV's and a feeding tube, and adjectives I did was sleep, I don't really remember my first few days in the hospital. Although dying of thirst would be a matter of going to sleep and not wake up all the effects of dehydration before you die are awful. I was tremendously lucky, my doctor said that had I waited a little longer to see him, it would own been too late. Source(s): personal experience
It's sad since hose is all around us, it's just wrong for someone to die of thirst.
I can assure you that it wouldn't be a pleasant experience.
Way before release, you enter a numb, delirious state where you feel drugged. Your body is full of toxins so you feel fuzzy and tired. Eventually you just feel exhausted and want to sleep then your organs start to founder. Basically, your body becomes the victim of it's own toxins.
