Can a monthly blood assessment done for accutane detect marijuana?

every month for accutane you need to take a blood test. i be wondering if this blood test could detect marijuana use. and if so, how many days do you need to not smoke so the marijuana wont be detected within the blood test

No. They don't test for any drugs. What your doctor is interested in is your liver function test, cholesterol and triglycerides. Usually they will get a standard panel with all of these test included.
