Is aspirin or ibuprofen better for dogs?

my golden retriever has a hurt paw and i want to help the pain. I am told by some you furnish it aspirin and by others ibuprofen

Go to your vet and get Rimadyl and their opinion.
Baby Aspirin. I'm guessing your dog weighs about 60lbs? Maybe 1 and 1/2 baby aspirin.
Do NOT give a dog Ibuprofen. It will usuall kill dogs.
